Our small firm is based in Ceredigion, Wales, we started over 13 years ago. The founder was a trained chef having been diagnosed Coeliac with total wheat intolerance, she found little choice around. Our products are made having taste & texture, a better choice for Coeliacs and those who choose not to follow the gluten tract.
We do introduce new products from time to time although this takes time with trails before we release totally.
