Wonderful welshcakes
I always buy your welshcakes, tartlets and flapjack when we go to Wales on holiday. I also take them home with me! What I struggle to find is anything savoury. I would love it if you could bake some sausage rolls or quiche or even cheese scones.
Coconut&Raspberry tartlet
The tartlet is yummy. I was spoilt with a load of gluten-free products this weekend for my Birthday. This tart was one of them. I nearly cut it into eigth’s as the kcal said 783kcals and 674kj’s so I knew something was wrong as kj’s are always more than kcal’s. Thankfully it was only 161kcals per 100grams when I did the conversion.
Bread of Heaven!!
I have been coeliac for 5 years and the food I missed most was bread. I then discovered bread from wgf and it has transformed my diet. Their bread smells and tastes like a wheat loaf and the texture is perfect. I look forward to toast every morning and fresh bread rolls.
Best Gluten Free Bread in Wales!
I’ve been Gluten Free for 3 years now and I’ve tried a lot of Gluten Free bread in that time period… the Bread from WGF Bakery is by far the best I’ve tasted! It’s flavoursome, not full of holes like most Gluten Free bread and the texture is great. Their tiger bread, seeded bread, white bread, ciabattas, loaves, bloomers… all of them are delicious! I now batch by them and end up freezing them – they keep really well and taste great toasted. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone who’s considering trying them – you won’t regret it!
All Products
Been trying their products for over a year now and all are baked and made perfectly, the taste of the products are really lovely
Amazing
Just tried your white loaf…just wow!! Tastes so good & the best GF loaf I have ever had!
Thank you!!!
Best GF bread...
I’m new to your bread. It’s firm (I had Brown Seeded 500g) and it hardly tastes GF at all, which nearly makes up for not eating normal (oh so tasty!) bread any more. Thank you. Now to find nearby outlets…..
Shortbread
I bought a pack of shortbread at the Deli in Betws y Coed and they were really tasty.
Citrus tartlets
Bought a citrus tartlet at the deli shop in Betws y Coed and the best tart I have tasted the pastry was beautiful and the filling was lovely and moist.
Best GF bread I've tasted
I bought a loaf of your brown seeded bread in Tenby and now wish I’d bought more! It’s definitely the best GF bread I’ve tried – it’s not dry at all and it tastes great!
