Life saver!

Just spent a week on holiday in Mid wales, I’m gluten and dairy free. I watched my husband tuck into some nice Welsh cakes and home baked bread left for us by the owner of our chalet and felt fed up missing out, until I discovered the local Nisa stocking many of your delicious products, including Welsh cakes. I was super happy!!

My own issues is that it would be helpful to state they are also Dairy free on the front of the packaging as although it didn’t say milk in the ingredients, this would save a lot of nervous checking and re checking ingredients as they tasted so good I was sure they had butter in.

Best gf bread

Tasted the bread at the coeliac uk event in Cardiff and I have to admit it was the best gf bread I have ever tasted! Soft, tasty, no stale texture! Highly recommend! I also had some tartlets which were also very nice!

Wonderful welshcakes

I always buy your welshcakes, tartlets and flapjack when we go to Wales on holiday. I also take them home with me! What I struggle to find is anything savoury. I would love it if you could bake some sausage rolls or quiche or even cheese scones.

Coconut&Raspberry tartlet

The tartlet is yummy. I was spoilt with a load of gluten-free products this weekend for my Birthday. This tart was one of them. I nearly cut it into eigth’s as the kcal said 783kcals and 674kj’s so I knew something was wrong as kj’s are always more than kcal’s. Thankfully it was only 161kcals per 100grams when I did the conversion.

Bread of Heaven!!

I have been coeliac for 5 years and the food I missed most was bread. I then discovered bread from wgf and it has transformed my diet. Their bread smells and tastes like a wheat loaf and the texture is perfect. I look forward to toast every morning and fresh bread rolls.

Best Gluten Free Bread in Wales!

I’ve been Gluten Free for 3 years now and I’ve tried a lot of Gluten Free bread in that time period… the Bread from WGF Bakery is by far the best I’ve tasted! It’s flavoursome, not full of holes like most Gluten Free bread and the texture is great. Their tiger bread, seeded bread, white bread, ciabattas, loaves, bloomers… all of them are delicious! I now batch by them and end up freezing them – they keep really well and taste great toasted. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone who’s considering trying them – you won’t regret it!

Best GF bread...

I’m new to your bread. It’s firm (I had Brown Seeded 500g) and it hardly tastes GF at all, which nearly makes up for not eating normal (oh so tasty!) bread any more. Thank you. Now to find nearby outlets…..

Best GF bread I've tasted

I bought a loaf of your brown seeded bread in Tenby and now wish I’d bought more! It’s definitely the best GF bread I’ve tried – it’s not dry at all and it tastes great!

Delicious welsh cakes

Love the Welsh cakes after coming across them in the Spar in Penwaenmawr. Delcious, even better warm. I eat GF as my 2 children are coeliac and these are a favourite. Please stock near to Leeds and develop a bara brith

Real bread at last

Been CD now for 9 months and at last have had a slice of bread that taste like real bread. Tartlets were out absolutely gorgeous, and being Welsh myself the Welsh cakes were like my dad used to bake. A very big thank you to WGFBakery and all the staff

Most impressed

I have recently tasted your bread, Passion fruit tart and Welsh cakes, which I purchased in Aberdovey. I am most impressed with your lovely food. I think your products would do very well in England and would be happy to recommend them to local suppliers.

There were no crumbs left on plates!!

I just want to thank you for the beautiful birthday cake you baked for me. It was delicious and it wasn’t just me who thought so. When non-coeliacs polish off gluten free products you know that they must be good . There were no crumbs left on plates!! The consistency was perfect ; very light and spongy. A real plus was the fact that it was not overly sweet – a lot of people commented on this. Very often GF chocolate cakes taste oily but this didn’t. The creamy piping was just right and of course I really appreciated the animal decorations !!!

The cake was a great success!

Praise from the gf eaters (x2 guests) and all present. The texture was very light – and not too sweet (gf shop cakes are loaded with sugar). Good size for over 30 people and the little animal decorations were lovely!

Very impressed!

I tried the tiger bread and was very impressed. We will be in touch when we need to replenish supplies.

Best we've tasted

While on holiday in Pembrokeshire we discovered your gluten free bread in a cafe we visited for lunch. My husband has required a gluten free diet for the past 10 years and he considers your gluten free bread to be the best he has ever tasted!
