Bread Rolls & Loaves
Our brown seeded bread & bread rolls won a Great Taste Award in 2017. This is a very popular loaf, but just as tasty as our oat flour bread & bread rolls. Both of these loaves are 500g in weight and a little bigger than some Gluten Free breads.
New is our ciabatta style flat bread, which is quite liked by some of our cafe stockists for their bacon rolls. Vegan bread is available on request.
In addition to our rolls, as mentioned above, we also do baguettes which are about 125mm long and ideal for steak baguettes.

This is our ciabatta bread, great to use as a pizza, garlic bread or as a sandwich.

I always buy your welshcakes, tartlets and flapjack when we go to Wales on holiday. I also take them home with me! What I struggle to find is anything savoury. I would love it if you could bake some sausage rolls or quiche or even cheese scones.
The tartlet is yummy. I was spoilt with a load of gluten-free products this weekend for my Birthday. This tart was one of them. I nearly cut it into eigth’s as the kcal said 783kcals and 674kj’s so I knew something was wrong as kj’s are always more than kcal’s. Thankfully it was only 161kcals per 100grams when I did the conversion.
Bread of Heaven!!
I have been coeliac for 5 years and the food I missed most was bread. I then discovered bread from wgf and it has transformed my diet. Their bread smells and tastes like a wheat loaf and the texture is perfect. I look forward to toast every morning and fresh bread rolls.
